Trilex Services Ltd is BAFE SP105-certified for the servicing and maintenance of wet and dry riser and falling main installations.
We carry out all work in accordance with the requirements of BS 9990:2015, providing full documentation and photographic reports after every visit.
Wet riser systems must be regularly serviced and maintained to remain effective and compliant. Our engineers carry out thorough inspections of all wet riser components including valves, outlets, pumps and pipework, testing the system to ensure it will perform as required in an emergency.
Dry riser systems require annual inspection and periodic pressure testing to ensure they remain compliant and fit for purpose. We carry out annual service visits and the required pressure tests, issuing a full written report with photographs on completion.
We carry out pressure testing of dry riser systems as required by BS 9990:2015, including the annual visual inspection and the five-yearly hydraulic pressure test. All testing is fully documented, and a certificate is issued on completion.
In addition to ongoing maintenance, we carry out the installation and commissioning of new wet and dry riser systems, working to the relevant British Standards throughout.
